Product Description
Agarose H is a high strength type agarose, which maintains a high strength at a low agarose concentration and is suitable for electrophoresis of large nucleic acid fragments.
Features
・low EEO・DNase free, RNase free・Recommended Gel Concentration: 0.2 - 1 %・Nucleic Acid Fragment Separation Range: 1 kb - 200 kb
Applications
- Gel Electrophoresis for separation of DNA fragments
- Pulsed-Field Electrophoresis (> 2,000 kbp)
- Recovered DNA*1
- Blotting
*1 Recovered DNA from preparative Agarose gels is checked that it can be used for downstream applications (cleavage by restriction endonucleases, ligation by T4 DNA ligase, E. coli transformation by ligated DNA.)

Usage
Separation of DNA markers (5 kb - 166 kb) in 0.3% Agarose H
run at 20 V for 15 hr.,
0.3% Agarose H, Gel size: 12 x 12 cm (Tank size: 28.5 x 14.5 x 9 cm)
Lane 1：Marker 7GT（T4GT7 ＋ T4GT7/Bgl I digest mixture）0.4 μg
Lane 2：Marker 8GT（T4GT7 ＋ T4GT7/Bgl II digest mixture）0.4 μg
